Learning a person's routine is, by nature, a question of probability. It improves with data and it is never perfect. We tune it conservatively and we will never quote an accuracy figure we cannot stand over.
No wrist watch can do indoor, room-by-room tracking, and we will never claim ours can. Norse AI makes the alert that reaches you as trustworthy as possible, but it depends on the device and on mobile signal, and it is reassurance, not a guarantee.
On the app tier, fall detection is provided by your own Apple, Samsung or Google watch, which we do not control or guarantee.
