Who we are
Norse Watches is an Irish team building a safety watch for older loved ones in Ireland and the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at hello@norsewatches.ie.
What we collect
When you register your interest, we collect the email address you give us and which market you choose (Ireland or the United Kingdom). Our website is hosted on Netlify, and the register-interest form is handled by Netlify Forms, so your submission is stored there on our behalf. Our hosting also processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type to serve and secure the site.
Why we collect it
We use your email only to let you know when Norse Watches is available and to share early-access details. We do not sell your data, and we will not send you unrelated marketing. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to remove them or until they are no longer needed for the purpose above. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw your consent. To do any of these, email us at hello@norsewatches.ie and we will respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
